To watch this web seminar you will need to have Flash 8.0 or above installed.
The latest version of Flash can be downloaded from here http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/otherversions for both Mac and PC. Simply click on the link, select your Operating System and click continue.
You may be unable to do this because of your corporate setup, or because you are behind a corporate firewall which deliberately disables Flash streaming media. In this case you will need to contact your own IT department to enable your access.
If you are asked for a login and password then this is because you are trying to access the media through a corporate proxy. If this does occur please contact your IT department.
If you can hear no audio during the test clip please ensure the main volume control on your PC is turned up and appropriate headphones and/or speakers are plugged into your sound card.
